Designing spaces, defining lifestyles.
A decade of
quiet ambition.
Eight Nine began in 2011 with a single residential commission and an unshakeable belief: that the best interiors are not decorated, but composed. We design by subtraction — removing everything that does not serve light, proportion or the people who live within a space.
Today we are a multidisciplinary atelier of architects, interior designers and project directors working across four continents. Whether a private residence or a flagship workplace, every project receives the same rigour, the same restraint, and the same obsession with the detail you will never consciously notice — but always feel.
We don't chase trends. We chase the feeling of a room that simply works — and quietly endures.
To be the studio that proves luxury and restraint are the same language.
To craft enduring spaces that elevate how people live, work and gather.
Our values.
Restraint
We design by subtraction — every element earns its place.
Craft
Detailing obsessed over, from the joint to the skyline.
Light
Natural light is our first and most generous material.
Longevity
Spaces built to age gracefully, not to date.
